1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Selltrove, you agree to these Terms. If you use Selltrove on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your login secure, and for activity under your account.
3. Plans & fees
The Free plan is £0 per month with a 3.5% per-transaction fee. Pro is £14.99/month and Pro+ AI is £24.99/month, billed in advance with no per-transaction fee from Selltrove. You can change or cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Payments & payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal under their own terms. Payouts go to the account you connect. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and for chargebacks or disputes on your sales.
5. Your content & conduct
You retain ownership of your content and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You must not sell illegal items, infringe others' rights, or misuse the platform. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
6. Leads & sponsored listings
Lead credits are consumed when you respond to a buyer request and are non-refundable once used. Sponsored-listing placements run for the period purchased and do not guarantee a specific outcome.
7. Suspension & termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk, or must be removed by law.
8. Liability
Selltrove is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here, notifying you of material changes. Continued use means you accept them.
