Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs £0 a month with no card required — you only pay 3.5% per transaction when you make a sale. Upgrade to a flat monthly plan whenever the maths works in your favour.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like and the change takes effect immediately. There are no setup fees and nothing locks you in.
Do paid plans charge transaction fees?
No. Pro and Pro+ AI are flat monthly prices with no per-transaction fee from Selltrove. Your payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) charges their own standard processing rate.
What payment methods can my customers use?
Connect Stripe and PayPal to accept card and PayPal payments straight into your own account. You stay in control of your money.
What is coming in Pro+ AI?
