Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends at no cost.
Subscription fees
Pro and Pro+ AI are billed in advance each month. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Lead credits
Unused lead credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent responding to a buyer request are non-refundable.
Sponsored listings
Sponsored-listing placements are non-refundable once the placement has started, as the visibility is delivered over the chosen period.
Your customers' orders
Refunds to your own customers are managed by you from your dashboard and processed through Stripe or PayPal. Selltrove's subscription fees are separate from your customer transactions.
How to request a refund
Email billing@selltrove.uk with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within one business day.
